 You will fish in the province of Mendoza in the central Andes around Aconcagua Mount.
You will spend 7 nights lodging at Las Leñas, 1220 Km from Buenos Aires, in the central andes. You will fish 6 days in this amazing and unknown region for fly fishing: There are a number of lonely and silent rivers and streams and transparent lakes to fish in this dramatically beautiful wilderness. Here the nature-protecting “catch and release” is law. You will have the privilege to fish in lonely areas to enjoy peace and exclusivity. Zekeseven can tailored your full trip acording to your needs: Usually, the trip is planned with 5 nights in split-level apartments at Las Leñas and 2 nights camp in the mountains. - Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at San Rafael Airport from Buenos Aires. Our team will welcome you and transfer you to Las Leñas. You will lodge in split-level apartments (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen,...)
Day 2 to 7
6 days fishing with 2 nights camp in the Valley Hermoso. The icy water comes from the glaciers.
We will fish with the 4WD in support to be versatile and change fly fishing aera when needed.
We will also fish the Laguna diamante: Laguna del Diamante is one of Mendoza's most beautiful geographical features and a stunning location to spend the day fishing. We take a one-day trip. We will fish in altitude the crystal clear lake for brook trout using sinking lines with streamers and nimphs. Here we will find plenty of medium-sized brook and some bigger rainbow and brown trout.
